Terms of Service for Androp

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Androp, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Who may use Androp

Androp is intended for users aged 13 and above. By using the app you confirm that you meet this age requirement or have parental consent.

3. Description of the service

Androp provides file-sharing features: Direct (WiFi Direct), Zone (local WiFi), Hub (cloud-based temporary sharing), and Drop (location-based sharing). Features may change or be discontinued over time.

4. Androp Pro subscription

• Pro is an optional recurring subscription purchased through Google Play.
• Billing is managed by Google. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• To manage or cancel your subscription, visit Google Play subscriptions.
• We do not issue refunds beyond those offered by Google Play policy.

5. Your content and responsibility

• You are solely responsible for any files you share using Androp.
• You must not use Androp to share illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Androp does not moderate shared files. We reserve the right to take action on reports of abuse.

6. Limitation of liability

Androp is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Madebydavid is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via the app or the store listing. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be resolved in Norwegian courts.
